It means Charisma. It determines how quickly you can shift the momentum of a match. With created fighters, you can manually upgrade or downgrade it depending on how your fighter looks. Your fighter can get high charisma by wearing expensive clothes, getting tattoos, etc. Also if you have high charisma, the blazin meter builds up quicker.
