I think so, i used windows xp but it should be able to install it using vista, but im not too sure anyway.

I have an Ipod Photo 30gb. What's the easiest way I can convert to that special type of avi? I don't know anything about scripts lol, any easier way?

I does have it, it plays a special encoded version of .avi files, .mvpd files are compressed and awkward, which ipod are you using?
