Sen. Lincoln: Don't make our kids bail out big banks

Sen. Blanche Lincoln bailed out the banks in 2008 and now she wants to do it again. She is standing in the way of a historic education bill that will cut billions in bank subsidies and use the savings to help students pay for college. The bill she opposes would help 58,000 Arkansas students next year alone.
