@younggrasshoppa14 hey. i have an issue with my stomach as well, i'd say you should do more cardio, 20 minutes is not enough. i started having noticeable results when i had 3 cardio sessions per week, each lasting 40 - 50 minutes

How do you guys keep your teeth so white??

i run along a paved walkway along pch, but i want to start running on the actual beach. Im so confused on what runners do with their shoes when they run along side the water. do they just bring sandals and leave them somewhere on the sand and comeback for them later? and no one steals them, i would imagine for the most part people wouldn't. I would be so grateful if you could let me know.

Is Truvia a good sweetener?

I know this isn't a food video, but what is so bad with sugar or peanut butter? I use organic sugar in my coffee (I drink 1 drink about 4x a week) and I love all-natural, organic peanut butter. I eat them in moderation, so why is it bad? What's the point of having almond butter or stevia?

@alegnagogo sugar, organic or not, has a negative effect on metabolic hormones, and eliminates your body's ability to use stored body-fat as energy.. but organic sugar is better than chemicals anyday! we use stevia as a sweetener, it's all natural, practically zero calories, and has almost no glycemic effect :) as for the nut butters, enjoy your fave based on taste, just be sure to keep it all natural/organic! we go over all this in the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan at toneitupdiet/com

I have a question for you guys -
I have been eating really clean, doing cardio about 20 minutes 5 days a week, and doing strength training 3-4 times a week as well (focusing on my abs) however, I can feel my stomach is a little bit firmer, there is still a layer of fat covering my muscles with is really annoying!
What is the best way to shed that extra fat? up the cardio? Is there any certain cardio routine that is best for burning more fat? Would love to hear back from you!
