Those are soem confusing lines!
But what it did (can't remember the name of the addon) is that the green line between two people, show's who is healed by who.
So if you see 5 lines coming from 1 person, connecting with 5 people, he's AoE-healing.. And so on :)
Originally used it to see if the healers were healing the assigned targets during the fights, without having to target them, and watch their target's target..
