[13] New Super Mario Bros World Record 100% speed run in 2:26:20 (Part 13 of 45)

This is the thirteenth segment of the World Record SDA run on New Super Mario Bros DS

This is what I said on Segment 13 of the run:
Segment 13 (World 3):
I go back to world 3 and do 3 more stages.
3-2 (Alt): I power myself up here for 3-B.
3-B: You can save time by using a Mega Mushroom but there's 2 problems:
1) The prize item (Red ? Box) never has a Mega Mushroom on this stage it get replaced by a 1UP Mushroom.
2) Getting one from the Mega Mushroom house costs too much time and when using it you become a Super Plumber without any items on reserve.
The advantage for not using the Mega Mushroom is that by the end of the level I'm still a Fire Plumber with a Fire Flower in reserve.
3-C: Jumping into the water is faster than using a lightweight platform for the first Star Coin.
The rest of the level went brilliant.

i always beat world 3 in this order: 3-A 3-2 3-Tower Piced up the Mega Mushroom 3-B (Picked Up Blue Shell) 3-1 3-3 3-Ghost House 3-C 3-Castle

@MrIvan97 Picking up a Megamushroom from a Megashroom house costs too much time and you can't get it as a random prize on 3-B. I didn't want to get the shell on 3-B because Shell Sliding is slower than running and harder to perform a triple jump, which is bad on 3-C. Nice to know that it's possible to get the third star coin on 3-C without the P-Switch ;).

@tooshort1997 No emulators were used when making the run, just a DSi and a 5 year old camcorder. See my channel description + Filming tips vid for more details. I use Adobe Premiere Pro 7. Not the recent ones like CS4,, it's too much for my PC unit to handle.

I found out that it's possible to get the 3rd star coin on W3-C without P switch, but it's a bit hard.
