I'm sorry but that chile is the wrong chile for salsa. That chile is calle chile relleno and it is to make chile relleno stuffed with white mexican cheese or ground beef.

this is just normal sauce ....the sauce for enchiladas have chocolate and 5 different types of chili and it's brown not red

This is definately salsa, if you want an authentic enchilada sauce keep looking. There are several videos out there.
