Borderlands - Fastest machine gun?

I know Chopper is faster btw, but it is maybe the fastest that is not the Chopper.
So a machine gun i found in the game, legit.
Just trying it out with skills that increased my fire rate.
I calculated, or how you would spell it, the new fire rate:
I got it to 25,11 shots per second.

Note:
Yes my inventory space is modded, the pearlescent weapons are modded, not by me, to a lower level.

I found a machine gun that had a fire rate of 15.2, I swear on my life it was a legit, non-hacked weapon, it just did shit damage and had horrible reload times, so I never held onto it

i have one firing faster, and i dont have the class mod or metal storm

I have one that i 21 fire rate and I got it from Crawmerax

My friend had gun with 18.0 fire rate

i have one with a 15 fire rate and one of the class mods that increase it and also that thing when u kill enemies that ur fire rate increases so it is not the fastest gun u have i dont either.
