One of the five spots of "Living Together, Sowing Peace" were produced by UNIC-La Paz and the "Window of Peace" with funds provided by the Spanish "Fondo para el Logro de los ODM" ("Fund for the Achievement of the MDGs").

The giant faucet above Plurich Town is dripping. The town is flooded. The townsfolk gather to propose outlandish solutions, oblivious to a young girl who wants to speak. She decides to take action. He balloon takes her to the top of the faucet, which she taps off. She dives amid applause.
