Very good. I just felt that you deviated from the actual chords and even the melody at times. Your chorus is also too lively in my opinion - it's a slow song. Maybe you're covering a different version than the one I know. I can't play like you but if I were you I'd listen to the song again and make adjustments here and there. Hope you perceive this as constructive criticism!

though I have to add that the melodie you play differs from the original one at the whistling-part of the original (don't know how to exactly say it).. in the beginning and the end... but nevertheless, great version of a great song.
