Your springs are really loose and your footboard height seems fairly low. Would you say this is more beneficial? I think my footboard height is def too high to do this fast :s

@lalamike25 You don't actually hit with your heel when you do a heel-toe it's really only there for consistency and just a little power on the first stroke

@pray4plagues100 heel-toe is you catch the pedal hit with your toe after a hit with the heel. You bounce off the ball of your toe and hit with your heel. It kind of seems like a combo of heel-up and heel-down but I'm just an amateur drummer looking at videos for help but that's what (and correct me if I'm wrong) it is
