This tank is amazing!! The balance is great and it looks beautiful !
-
I was wondering if Co2 is necessary to have efficient plant growth?
-
@jnrivers no problems at all, the tetras are faster than the apisto's and dont take much to make them move away, just helps stop the pairs of apisto/kribensis from turning on each other - u can see in one of my newer videos of this tank that there is a lot of bogwood in this tank that helps create lots of separate territories for the various dwarf cichlids
-
@mbezik How are the Cichlids treating the Tetras?
-
@jnrivers the tetras are dither fish, various dwarf cichlids hiding among the plants/wood
-
Nice tank but those are Tetras. Thought I saw a single Cichlid.

@mbezik thanks. do you know the names of your plants?

@kiccopg the main low plant in the front middle is hygrophila polysperma, the tall grass is twisted vallis, the larger green leaved plant is hygrophila corymbosa and the red plant is red temple plant.
this is an old scape in this tank, if you check a video on my channel called "New Plants and Update 01/12/11" i have named all the plants in my current scape
