I don't know much about Tokio Hotel so I can't judge it's just that they didn't interest me enough to spend time looking over their videos. Over all I just think they both have interesting styles and are German so that's why people compare.

CB doesn't dress like 15 yr old girls. they look better than TH anyway.

TOKIO HOTEL is my lovee and my life and Bill is my god!!!! But I did like Cinema Bizarre too!!! Sucks that they arent together anymore. But overall, and not in a biased way, Tokio Hotel has always had more experience, because they've been together since they were very young and Billa und Tomi (yes, I give them nicknames lol) performed in front of people even before the band.
