That's an awful, low, dreadfully thought out party political broadcast. Shame on the person within the Labour party who thought of such disgraceful propaganda.
I remember the news the day after this was broadcast. The parent's who 'couldn't pay' were furious with the Labour party as they had never given them permission to use the video etc of their child in the election broadcast and their child had been put on the wrong list by the hospital.
No wonder Labour lost.
