@carbonrocket No, I cut the strings and pull them out but I know some people let the strings go through and cut them off the drum after. Thanks for the comment.

What happens to the twine does that get chucked in as well as the straw? Never seen it done before but the owner has a raptor shredder in the yard. The cows loved it!
