Lastly, I'm not sure if you're aware of the scope of the role lawyers play in our society. Are there some unscrupulous ones? Sure. Are there unscrupulous characters from every profession? Pretty much. But in general, lawyers ensure that laws are adhered to via litigation.

If you have a case...present it....if you want to sue a dating service for discrimination be responsible and pay for all costs if you lose....simple. Obama is helping those either too stoopid, too lazy, too irresponsible or simply drunk to fend for themselves....should I pay....NO

The Katrina mess is a perfect example....most of those idiots were irresponsible and deserve what they got...period

Did you ever think it's ironic that the guy that wants to help you (the middle class), Obama, is the guy you attempt to discredit and shame? It's like biting the hand that wants to feed you. McCain doesn't care about you. He cares about himself, helping the affluent, helping big business; screw the little guy. It's funny (read: tragic) that some people will never learn- they will ask to be screwed over and over, as with with the re-election of Bush. Hopefully we wont make the same mistake.

I will agree that Obama is too popular because of His skin color to both the Media and the majority of the black community, but If i could I would vote for Him because I've done My research, and He's on My favor.

Hey Obama appeared on Oreilly's show and, after a pretty tough interview, earned Oreilly's respest. Obama has made some fairly middle of the road cabinet picks(so much so that the only complaint that Hannity has been able to raise is that Obama misrepresented himself to the left...imagine that as a "complaint" from Hannity?!). The market seemed to love Obama's economic team and only went down after the official word came down they were are in a recession. So stop being such a whiner, Obama won.

Many of us work hard for what we have, myself included. Obama's plans include pursuing clean and alternative energy sources which, if implemented, will have a positive influence on gas prices (they will go down).

Incentives for auto manufacturers to produce electric and natural gas cars will also have a positive influence on gas prices (for us).
