One of the most popular pocket pistols in the market today. We take a close look at the Ruger LCP chambered in .380ACP. A no frill, no nonsense, straight ahead yet very well designed and ergonomically correct pocket pistol perfect for concealed carry. We go through this offering from Ruger complete with review, field strip, and range test. See us at:

  • have you tried using a spent casing instead of a flat head driver? i know the keltec pf9 has a notch that fits shells well

  • @VetoBurrito My guess is a spent casing would work just as well. Good point. I still wouldn't want to strip it on a tree stump in the woods. Although, a woods gun it isn't!

  • @VetoBurrito My guess is a spent casing would probably work fine. Good point. Ideally, I just prefer using my hands to field strip a gun. Having said that, I really like the LCP.

  • @VetoBurrito Yeah, a spent shell casing will work. I still wouldn't want to field strip it, "in the wild" but this pistol probably isn't going to be a woods gun.. lol

  • outstanding review very clear and logical congrats!!
