Copyright Complaint against Youtube and Koch Entertainment

This is my copyright complaint towards Koch Entertainment! Im trying to develop my channel and create new and better videos, but Im tired of having to use my time on disputing copyright claims, that at the best seam random! Please leave your view on the matter in the comment-section below!

I recorded my giving a preview of my OWN game which I drew my OWN sprites and programmed it all by my SELF and what do I get? An E-mail teling me my Game belongs to Koch entertainment.

It pisses me off soo much.

I had a copyright complain from the same company and MLB Media Entertainment or something like that..my video was for a school project that didn't even have their media on my video sooooo i feel your pain

im promoting the UK version of the trailer with permission form uk owners.

i have had a copyright claim from Koch. I'm not in America, Im in UK and the the trailer has came from an official UK source of the trailer who gave me the permission to upload the trailer. if koch bothered to see the last part of the trailer and actually recognise its a co.uk adress for the film but they state its american trailer. I would n't upload anything without permission i got permission but still they state ive violated american laws though ....

I had the same experience with Koch Entertainment on a video that had no music. They would not tell me what sound they were claiming.

Well, personally I think the system is fully automated and has a lot of quirks! The problem lies the the internet intellectual property laws. They give full power to the record labels and to the movie industry. They can essentially shut you down with a stroke of a button and from what I hear, SOPA if approved will give thne more power to even make websites disappear from internet registries if they violate intellectual property, What we need is a strong freedom of speech Attorney to fight this!
