@ezaube1030 A Promo video IMO.
I would say not lip synced, but the studio audio matched to a live performance of the song.
I seen this process done, by playing a live version at the same tempo as the studio recorded piece, then the studio recorded audio is dubbed to the video, with some time adjustment on the video.
