From Austin Texas...if you know Moses please have him contact me; send him the link to this vid.
Thank You

I'm trying to find "Moses" AK: David Manery ... not sure of the last name spelling. Please if you know Moses ask him to contact me.
Thank You!!!

Hendrix was his inspiration and idol. Moses has some amazing solos. That I would put right with Jimi Hendrix.
As for the wah-wah, he had some box with a blinking light inside of it. I couldn't tell you what it was called, but Moses said it WAS what Hendrix used.
Update: (Now known to be a uni-vibe)

As for her singing, well, she sounded better live is all I can say. Never could really understand her very will, but then again our P.A. sys. Was not the best thing in the world. I give her credit for her effort.
I have no idea what the lyrics where in any of these songs. But I know they were just as wild as the music was. I couldn't have sung them to this music. We all sounded better live. Also in defense of the band, this was recorded just months after being together. And it was recorded on an old stereo 8-track recorder...yes one of those things we used before cassette tapes. Then it was transferred to cassette and now to digital. So some sound quality has been lost.

Please if know him; I really need to talk to him before I leave this world.
Again Thank You!

  • These are all pretty cool songs, interesting music all of it!

    This had my foot tapping!

Bummer you can't hear the vocals, I saw were you said this was recorded on an 8-track recorder. Do you mean those big old things we that used to take up the entire back seat of my car back in the 60's??? The things before cassette tapes?

  • Yes it was recorded on those things before cassette tapes!

It was then transfered to cassette and now to digital so some of the sound has been lost.

But our P.A. system was not the best thing in the world back then either.

  • For 1974 that's pretty sophisticated. I mean it's a boogie, but you can tell the guitar player is the real deal. Too bad this band never got signed or made a record. Great stuff.

  • Real deal for sure

that dude can play that thing!
