The Hadith he is quoting clearly says that "Soon Jesus will descend among you as IMAM MAHDI". There is another Hadith which says "THERE WILL BE NO MAHDI EXCEPT ISSA". IBn-e-Majjah

@Quetta44 bro first of all, all praise to Allah its great that you pray 5 times a day and have these difficulties if there was no difficultie :) you couldnd be a muslim because you know muslims suffer right because Allahs reward is expensive Allahs reward is paradise... there is a big difference between imam mehdi and hz isa... the mahdi will be of the sons of hz fatima and from our prophet(bloodline)... hz isa aleyhiselam had come before right so i do believe your a muslim but he is no mahdi;)

THERE WILL BE NO MAHDI EXCEPT ISSA (Re. Ibn-e-Maja)

Jews were/are also WAITING 4 the return of an old Prophet Elijah. But it was Issa (as) himself who gave the VERDICT that once gone from this world people NEVER Return rather other come after their name. Ref. Math 17:10-13 {watch?v=HbMO_zWp_lo}
