@markandrei2000: Because almost all their watches have a screw-down crown (meaning it is very water resistant), you have to turn the crown counter-clockwise (thumb moves down as you turn) until it "pops," then pull the crown and adjust time as you normally would. To screw down the crown again, push in as you turn the crown clockwise (thumb moves up).
If you have trouble, just bring it to any store that sells watches to show you how.
