Sock the Korat cat LOVES attention~

My Korat cat, Socrates (aka 'Sock') occasionally jumps into my lap and DEMANDS attention. I happened to have a camera nearby so I took a quick vid, both to share the cute and to show off my very pretty kitty :)

Yes, I hand-play with my cat. Yes, I know this is not recommended - but I also know my kitty would never intentionally hurt me, and that even her hardest bite is barely enough to break skin. And, yes, she is declawed - because she likes climbing on peoples' shoulders and riding around, and had a bad habit of digging her front claws in for purchase, hurting the person she was riding which, in turn, upset her very much (whenever she accidentally hurts someone, she tends to try to lick them in what is clearly an apologetic way afterwards). Now she can ride shoulders without worrying about hurting her people, and is much happier for it. She is an indoors-only cat.

Haha how did you get your korat to agree to wearing a collar?! My korat, Lucky won't stand for that crap!

@Meatloaf125 It's a fairly loose safety collar (so it has a buckle that snaps open if you pull hard enough on it), and we put it on her when she was about 5 weeks old, so she's used to it and knows she can get out of it if she gets stuck somewhere in her explorations of the house.
