Actually, as long as you don't use "Deferred AA" you get about 25fps with everything set on Ultra :) I've only tested single-player though, but I've heard it's more demanding in MP.

The 4770, but yeah, that is correct :) Medium settings runs at around 30fps @ 1680x1050.
