Thanks for this! How long would you say one needs to take he shou wu before noticing any effects? I occasionally make a tonic from full chips of he shou wu I get in China and occasionally add the powdered form to smoothies but can't say I find much of a difference in internal feeling. Do you think it needs to be taken daily over a long period, or occasionally also has its benefits?
