Every time I see this conversation, and Tina talks about Bette being a control freak and her things being more important than other people's, I always think about the season two episode where Tina tried to tell Bette that she was pregnant, but Bette kept talking about her job and so Tina just left it.

@lyndale16 I think Jodi was a good match for Bette in some ways, such as the things Tina points out. But just because they match up on paper, so to speak, something was still missing. And although Tina grew past being kind of a submissive doormat to Bette, she still remained a very nurturing and caring and calm type that balanced Bette. Bette also grew, thanks in some part to her relationship with Jodi, IMO, because Jodi demanded more and didn't cave in. But, Tibette belong together!
