A Kentucky native says his interest in Bigfoot finds its roots in a personal experience. He claims he saw the creature in Anderson County as a little boy back in 1970.

I think the term bigfoot really refers to the concept that the creature in discussion here is huge! So basically, "bigfoot" is really sasquatch in more or less terms.

I live in KY and I've heard weird sounds on my porch, and I know it wasn't an animal I know of!

I live in SE Kentucky in a very remote area. One night I heard a scream which came from a large chested animal which was like no other. For the first time in my life I checked all my windows to see if they were locked. It scared me to the bone and it was not any owl or coyote or normal animal I usually hear. I know the woods very well and this was not normal. So I would say yes it could have been a bigfoot creature.

I live in KY, close to Land between the lake's. I've heard whooping sound's at night, and scream's. I've never heard anything like it before. I know something is out there, and I believe it is Bigfoot.
