How do you become an RA?

@Ladytrackstar1 I'm sure every school is different, but this is how my school does it. The Resident Life Director (person in charge of dorms) sends an e-mail to all the students saying they will be hiring RAs/RDs. The email has an application attached. So, you fill out the app and get the appropriate references and then the Res Life Director emails you back to set up a time to have an interview. Then you get interviewed and hopefully hired!
