Hi, should someone upgrade from Anime Studio Pro 6 to 7? Please share your opinion. :-)

@Kasen717 In my opinion, no. There's no need to upgrade, unless you do a LOT with text or 3D. Anime Studio Pro 6 has a habit of crashing if you do text. Everyone who's used Anime Studio Debut 6 or Pro 6 should know to save their file before even attempting to add text. In version 7, though, adding text is a very smooth process. So much so, I use Anime Studio Pro 7 for most of my graphics needs, creating banners for websites and stuff.

As far as physics goes, it's great - IF you're animating in 2D without a 3D perspective (like Super Mario Bros or Pacman). If you're animating in 2D like Phineas and Ferb or Family Guy you're going to have to really be creative in your scenes to get it to work, and even then it'll only be able to be applied to some things in the scene (again, my opinion from experience - perhaps there's a workaround I don't know about, but I doubt it).

Love it, love it , love it. it's all about lip synching, it's so good and that's mostly why Anime Studio Pro makes the difference. It's better than all other 2d programs.

Anime Studio is great but I admit it takes time to learn. Sometimes the arrows in the bones confuse me and I have to check if they are right. Anime Studio is great with animations but just know it might take time to learn. I love your animation. I got anime studio first then Flash. At first anime studio is confusing, The character will go wacky because I didn't know about the arrows or the bind tool. Then I found a tutorial for anime studio.

@CartoonLearning Hi, I have three question. Can you view multiple frames in Anime Studio Pro 6? Are you proficient with Toon Boom or Flash? Which one of the three above mentioned do you think is most appropriate for a short film in 2D animation? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
