  • Bad ears man, I can tell the difference between any two guitars they sound very different to my ears. Otherwise you might end up like the vomit enduing marmalstein

  • It's 'arrogant' actually

  • Cool to see him interact with his gtech

  • @sjaakiedelul i find it hard to remember my guitar pre-sets and settings on my FX board when i haven't played with my band for a few week. im sure he has a vest knowledge of all his gear. in fact, im sure he knows a lot more about guitars and sound processing than you could ever hope to know.

  • @gilesstocks i did no say you said he plays scales. i was simply illustrating what practice means to him vs. other guitar players.

  • @brownbigb i never said anything about him playing scales. ive never thought of the edge as a 'wanker', more of a very talented musician/song writer.

  • @theoncomingstorm malmsteen? i guess you got bad ears too.

  • @gilesstocks actually he knows a lot more about sound processing than guitar playing. the edge is not really a guuitar player. he's more of a sound painter. he doesn't play as much as creating textures. his practice is messing with sounds, not playing scales.

  • kinda weird he asks his guitar tech about his kit all the time, if it were me id know them all by heart:)

  • Correct. if you look at the 'tech tv' footage with Dallas, should be on youtube (from the elevation era) to Quote Dallas "HE get's his tones' that does require a big in depth knowledge of signal processing.
