I enjoy seeing your raw food videos very much. I've found my food nitch in Seattle, for many years now, I buy most all my food from the Vietnamese stores in Seattle's Int'l District, which is close to me. When i go in Van's I know what i want and I can see. Dem Vietnamese folks all ready eat raw food, and, I guess, they aren't brought up in western culture at all, where we make a choice what to eat. I know at certain times of the year certain foods are better, and superbest. I eat raw the fruits and green leaf veggies. I guess steaming your food is not considred raw. For me, Vietnamese ma and pa open-air food markets are God :-)

  • Thank you, Mario! What a beautiful market, I loved the rainbow of colorful produce. We've got a large Asian population here in the Dallas area, and their markets have all sorts of interesting produce that I'm sure I'll have fun exploring. I'm doing most of my grocery shopping at a place next to where I work. They don't have a huge variety, but all of their produce is organic. Once I get to feeling more adventurous, I'll take your advice and check out some of the Asian markets in town. :)
