HCG Protocol -- HOW TO MIX Sublingual Rx hCG

UPDATE: The FDA as of today, February 24, 2012 has shut down online pharmacies from selling hCG. You will need to take a copy of "WeightLoss Apocalypse" by Robin Woodall to your trusted family doctor and *hope* he or she will understand the protocol and prescribe you real hCG. It's a SAD day! Big pharma wants to keep us fat and unhealthy so they can make $$$ off of us! :( Our rights are being taken away!

I have done both injections and sublingual methods of Rx grade hCG. I like the different methods for different reasons, but if you have an aversion to needles, then this is a good alternative, and very effective for weight loss. You do use more hCG with sublingual method than injections, because it takes more to be absorbed under the tongue vs. being injected directly into the body.

@jhicks0305 You have to have a Rx from a Dr if you buy hCG in the US, but not outside the US. Yes, you are buying hCG from overseas, but it is the SAME stuff we get here in the states with a different brand name. Quality standards are just as high, if not more so (made in Germany, Switzerland, etc.) alldaychemist is the best online pharmacy I have found. As far as getting the weight off, and keeping it off... that is entirely up to you and your willingness to live a healthy lifestyle. :)

@jhicks0305 Start with reading "Weight Loss Apocalypse" by Robin Woodall. Also, the original hCG protocol written by Dr. Simeons called "Pounds and Inches" has all the approved foods. Be very careful when you do a search online for the hCG diet, becasue many people have added foods to the food list that were not originally there. Those books will explain the diet in great detail and well worth reading for your overall success! :) Good luck.

@ElysaLAbare You need to watch this vlog on a computer and not a phone. I list all of the information along the way in text boxes, and for some reason they do not appear when you watch YT vlogs on a phone or iPad type device. I list all of that stuff.

3 ampules are needed for a 40-45 day round. You remix every 15 days. Good luck! :)

Hi, I am about to start the Hcg diet and I was going to purchase Now Foods ultra B12 5000 but I noticed it has cinnamon bark oil in it. Will this hinder my weight lose ? Since I know oil isn't permitted on the protocol. also should I by alcohol free b12 or does it even matter?

So is the alldaychemist website pretty trust worthy? You read all the time that you have to have a prescription. Sorry I have not started the HCG yet. I have been doing research after research. I was going to buy the drops but couldn't find any that weren't homeopathic, I then stumbled onto your vlogs. I am still nervous but I am so ready. I also have PCOS and you have given me hope!! You look amazing! Also once you get the weight off is it pretty easy to keep it off? Thank you
