Taylor Curtis reviews the 2011 Terrain

One of The Family Car's teen cousin team members, Taylor Curtis, reviews fun aspects of the 2011 GMC Terrain AWD (all wheel drive) SLT-2.

The Terrain has a powerful engine and won a top safety award in 2010 from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The Terrain's air bag inventory shows why it won, in part. In addition to the dual frontal air bags, there are side impact airbags for the driver and front passenger, and head curtain side airbags with rollover protection for all rows. This effectively results in getting the U.S. government's 5 star highest rating for safety for back seat occupants during side crashes. Oh, and the driver's safety during frontal crashes gets a five star rating also.
