mjislovely- The picture of young Mike is from The Diana! Special back in 1971. He and Diana performed a skit called "It was a good year" :)

On that final photo of Michael you can clearly see the loss of pigment on one of his fingers. Many of these photos are now coming to light as people re-examine them.
