美食食譜-花雕雞


材料:土雞腿300g、蔥、蒜頭、辣椒、薑、花雕酒250cc、雞粉1小匙、糖1大匙、胡椒粉1小匙、蠔油2大匙、花椒、九層塔

做法:
1.蔥、蒜頭、辣椒、薑先下鍋爆炒出香味,炒到蒜頭微黃,香氣出來,再把雞肉放下去拌炒。
2.炒到雞肉約3-4熟,再下花椒提香,再加花雕酒、雞粉、糖、胡椒粉、蠔油調味,炒勻之後加水200cc,蓋上鍋蓋悶煮到湯汁略收乾。
3.九層塔加入炒勻,即可起鍋。
