We move out to protest the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Miami Branch. A spontaneous group of locals pledged to show up, some made it, others couldn't. All that matters is that seeds were planted. The media was there, but only to cover that no protestors were there. The Occupy Wallstreet represents an awakening of individuals, and because of that it is legit.

okay, well, I am employed, not a hippie, and am entirely against basically all forms of welfare, lol. My views:

    - less government = more freedom

    - capitalism is good, but corporatism (mergence of corporate and state powers) is bad.

    - Welfarism is a slippery slope to laziness, apathy, and unproductivity

    - Bush = Obama

That's touches the surface of my positions, sorry to have contradicted your biases.

And I don't judge success by numbers, it's called self-esteem

The whole Ron Paul libertarian thing is mostly for healthy young men, as far as I can see. I can understand why they don't want to spend any money supporting women, children, the elderly, or the disabled. That attitude is really bad karma, of course, and totally inconsistent with the Christian gospel. However, I do agree with Ron Paul's criticism of the financial system, which is crippling our economy and limiting wealth possibilities even for young white males -- perish the thought!

yeah, Ron Paul's right on the monetary system. as for his "support" or lack thereof that you imply for women, the disabled, etc, Paul's position is simply that he won't tell women and the disabled that they can rely on our corrupt and bankrupt government for assistance. Rely on yourself, stand up and demand rights for yourself. ur setting ur self up for disappointment if you think our corrupt gov't is going to help u. the real evil is telling disabled people to wait for evil govt

The only reason I even have a position there is because I have a family member working there but he is catching alot of flak for bringing me in he tells me so himself and im always the one apologising. Next time you vote please do so with a clearer concept as to the unintended consequences of these regulations often it leaves people like me worse off. RON PAUL 2012

and regulations that favor woman or disabled over others in itself is discriminatory and has shown to produce less results as a disabled individual government regulation in the work place caused my superiors to bear down harder on me because they are afraid of a lawsuit. Sure they smile and help me up the stairs if for some reason i cannot go up the ramp bu they really come to light when they judge my work with more bias so as to look for any excuse to terminate me.

later have the majority or the affluent steal the power over the minority. We are a democratic Republic which allows our states to have more powers over the Fed giving power to the local voter rather than corrupt lobbyists. Im not white Im a hispanic minority Ron Pauls support is poled to have its widest support from veterans and the widest cultural support extending from all types of communities. The reaseon you say other wise tends to be a biased norm. Giving special laws

Ron Paul does not believe in hurting woman or the disabled rights as a disabled vet I support Ron Paul I know where he is coming from because I had the sense to go to Miami Dade and study Economics. I understand his message better than most by deregulating the Fed you leave the state to pick up the slack hence you the voter has greater voting power than you would at a federal level. After all we are not a pure democracy since democracies tend to use majority vote to sooner or

@earlwarwick555: The Christian thing is to BE the Good Samaritan. Jesus DROVE OUT the money changer that were abusing the poor with a stinging whip. No doubt those money-changers were giving a cut of their thefts to the Sanhedrin, the rulers of the Jews at the time. Christian love is to give YOUR OWN money, it's not stealing your neighbors' money to give to the poor.

Disabled people can look at the Terry Schiavo case to see what happens when governments suck you in with preferences and "protections", it's an admission that the power of the gun over them is legitimate. I support their using what the system offers right now, everybody does of course and should. But if we get government out of the picture, and let the Christian love ethic work, this is the best thing. Innovations that help the blind, the deaf, the wheelchair bound are driven by the free market.
