Hello!
This is the 3rd ending theme of the Japanese anime series "Bleach", "Houki Boshi" which means "comet". It was sung by Younha. This is one of my favorite Bleach songs, because it's so happy and upbeat. Kudos to Josh Agarrado for transcribing the music on the piano so succinctly.
The sheet music can be found here:

Footnote: I was going through my piano practice as usual this morning, when I heard my piano teacher's 13 year old son playing Chopin's "Fantasie Impromptu" in another practice room. His playing just took my breath away. When I went into his practice room to watch him playing, I was simply dumbfounded by how fluid he was with his rhythms, and how deep his instinct for Chopin's work was. I wonder how many 13 year old's can play "Fantasie Impromptu" like a musically mature adult pianist. He completed his ABRSM Grade 8 at the age of 10 and obtained his ABRSM piano diploma (DipABRSM in performing) at the age of 12!!! O.O Superb kid eh?
Edit:
I've completely refined and mastered the pieces I'm playing for my FRSM examination soon. This is my repertoire for the recital:
1. J.S. Bach - Partita No. 6 in E minor, BWV 830
2. Schumann - Fantasy in C, Op. 17
3. Rachmaninoff - Sonata No. 2 in B flat minor
The first piece, which is Bach's "Partita in E minor" is 30+ minutes long (40+ pages)! This is the piece which I'm sure I'll never want/be able to play again by the age of 30 onwards, because it requires not only extraordinary techniques and interpretations, but also amazing endurance. Schumann's and Rachmaninoff's pieces are about 10 minutes long each. I planned to cap off the recital section with a bang, so I chose Rachmaninoff for my last performance. I'm definitely not playing safe here, since usually by the time most FRSM candidates reach the last piece, their energy reserve will be quite low, so maneuvering around the keys with dexterity will not be as effective as before. But well, I've practiced hard for this exam, so I have the pace all worked out.
Overall, I've memorized about 80+ pages of piano sheets for the recital section. Man, FRSM sure is the most challenging piano examination in the world, which is also the final stage of piano examination I'm going to sit for. Wish me luck!!!
asians....FTW (:

Haha! Me too!!! I was flabbergasted when I saw him flowing with the music of "Fantasie Impromptu". I almost didn't want to breathe/blink an eye, because I was too scared that I might miss a beat/note. Hahaha!!!

Yeah, I think he is more amazing than my piano teacher's son, considering his range, sound techniques, and perfect pitch. Haha. But well, I've not seen many 13 year old's around who can be that good. Lol.
