Hi, Angiem, I am just wondering can I make this bread without the bread machine and where can I get the dry milk. If I cannot get the dr milk, is that possible to use regulare milk?

Yes! You can certainly make this by hand (see my white bread vid for instructions if you don't know how)...you can get dry milk at the grocery store in the baking aisle (near condensed milk and evap. milk usually) or in small quantities at the bulk store! Good luck!

Is there a special kind of honey required? Because I noticed yours had a milkier color than normal honey from a jar.

No, you can use regular honey. That's just creamed honey, b/c that's all I had on hand!
