The Vista Experiment

I made a little under 2 grand this summer from working at my local water company doing paperwork and the occasional heavy lifting. If I really wanted a Mac that bad, I would've bought one.

I use a 24" iMac every day at school and yes, it is nice. But I couldn't see myself spending that much money on a computer I could build with $400. I'd throw up from the buyer's remorse.

Third, this was uploaded November 2008, which is nearly a year ago. I hate OS X themes with a passion now.

When I was 14, I did want a Mac. Pretty badly too. But the more I look at it's fanbase, the hardware, the culture (if you dare call it that) then I don't want to be a part of that. Windows is more secure than OS X, NT is as solid as ever, the registry has been improved in Vista AND 7 too.

If your dad's Vista laptop died after 2 days, that's a HARDWARE issue, not a software issue. Don't blame Microsoft for shitty computers and the problems that come along with them.

It's in it's early BETA stage, so there won't be a new shell style yet.

Well, I actually like the Vista GUI, over a MAC one.
