  • Help! ok, hearing person here to prove your point :-)  At :25, what do you f/s? It's right between talking about "lousy at reading f/s" and "hearing people"

  • reference for hearing people or people with L1 users using different language and learning ASL as L2...

  • Thanks, was driving me nuts. As usual, once you know the word, it's so obvious :-)

  • Hmmm... I'm thinking of the sign for minutes... like 5 minutes, 3 minutes.. you see signed with index pointing to wrist while signing "5" pulled up and back for 5 min... same idea? to emphasize a detail like fingerspellling...? How about when the person fingerspells into the camera close up... LOOK AT MY HAND...! ;o) OK bye! SH
