  • Yes, to sell. My brother builds them. I don't know what this one went for but if you send me your email address, I can connect you two.

  • Thanks, I'll tell my brother, who built it! This one was sold to someone in the East Bay (of San Francisco).

  • @MickScarborough Sure you can get that stuff for the price of a mini house.. but to get something for that price you are going to be in the middle of nowhere. Some people don't like living in the sticks.

  • Congratulations! Very nice house. Im building mine this spring. So sweet man!

  • I would love to build one for my mother to live in when she is in town from Loreto, Baja Mexico. She lives in a trailer while renting out her homes there near the beach. But, we really want her in the PDX area to see her future grand child, at least every summer for a few months would be nice. We have a car port about 19 X 13 that should do the trick for one. I like the model with a little bed room below too. I could invite folks from the neighborhood assn to see what options they have for space

  • Sorry but this is insanity. I can buy a cement block construction home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on a quarter acre of land for less than you sell this tiny box for. The tiny home movement is supposed to be a solution to the skyrocketing home prices but this fails in that.

  • @Dropkickpunk76 A small window unit should cool such a small space.

  • The only problem to me is the handle for the skylight. such a small space and such a LONG handle. lol

  • That is a very well built home. A single person could live very nicely in these. The only thing I could see these needing is an ac unit. Here in Texas where we get 2 to 3 months of 100 degree days you'll die without ac.

  • Are you building them to sell? what did you sell it for?
