I'm developing a program right now that will allow citizens to slowly vote on topics that are important to them. After gaining majority votes and views on things, we can start to build a base structure for a new, open-source government that has been chosen by the people.
The government SAYS they want a more Open Source government, but they don't because that means the individuals in power won't be calling the shots. We have to develop the government we want to see then implement it.
Thanks for sharing.
