Why don't you use proper 45lbs plates? Stop using plates the other part of the world never even heard of. You probably painted 45 lbs plates green i guess.

Thats sick man, Ive just re-set all my goals. Do you think that 20 bodyweight dips are a good minimum to start weighted dips? I have trouble building endurance, I find it easier to build strength.

i used to be able to do 55kg / 122 pound dips, 3 sets, 12reps first set, 10 reps for the next two when i was 75kgs. Wish i had the proof! now im 110kgs and its hard to do 10 without weight.

those dont have enough volume to be 50 each. 50's are alot wider, those look more than 20 but not 50

Hey folks, just to set the record straight, these are definitely 50kg plates, and I've addressed the issue with a link and explanation in the description. Crikey, you only have to look at my other video if you have doubts, I do 90kg in that one and this here is a year later. So don't be doubting, start training ; ) Cheers for the kind words those who have.

those look more like 2 plates of 45 lbs each. meaning 90 lbs (pounds) together and not anywhere near 100 kg...
