PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you do an overall video on how to meditate?...it would really help me because i've been looking for a method but all i get is a lot of theory and no method...you are one of the best teachers man really..

@lacemynikes08 : look up Rinpoche's lineage, and then check the yellow pages to see if any sangha of his lineage is in your area. If not, consider a different one (a living teacher is definitely a big advantage), or, look up a used book. I went from the book to the teacher. And look arounf YouTube some more. I'd be durned surprised if there wern't a video on it already.

Thank you. Your sound at first I could not even sing that note. However as I became more in tune with your hung. I feel the vibration like - two waves coming together - even my heart feels this vibration. I like this hung sound very much.
