Storyline - 8 Years ago, Sam and Dean both spotted a beautiful waitress in a diner they happened to be in. The waitress (Bela) and Dean get togetheer and 8 years later are reunited. Bela has a son and claims it's Dean's. Dean gets talking with his 'son' and the young boy tells Dean that his mum(Bela)told him that his father was called Sam.
Dean confronts Bela about this and she admits that she had gotten together with Sam after her night with Dean, claiming that she was positive that Sam was the father.
Bela shoots Sam, claims she still loves Dean and then Dean and Sam talk about Sam's son...
There is dialogue in this vid, which may help explain the storyline.
