Cornelia de Lange Syndrome - Andrew at speech

Andrew has Cornelia de Lange Syndrome and has no real speech to this point. Jan is his speech therapist and he sees her twice a week. This is early in his session when he is most happy to see her and most vocal. And he's talking!! It might not sound like much to most people, but this is HUGE for us!! We're so proud of him! Thanks Jan!!!

This really is gorgeous and heart warming to watch.

I really want to be a Speech Therapist when I'm older, and seeing this just makes me want to acheive this goal even more. He is a gorgeous little boy and I hope that his speech continues to improve :)

My cousin was born with DeLange syndrome in the late 1950's and there was no real treatment for him at the time. Its heartwarming to see how far education has come for these kids. God bless Andrew...he's a sweetheart

i work with a great guy who has cdls.. its challenging at times but i love it

look how much hes grown! oh wow! i used to volunteer at the conferences with the girlscouts. i actually watched after andrew at (if i remember correctly) the chicago conference. hes doing so well!
