Here's the 1st episode of my healthy cooking videos. Enjoy!
12 oz Organic Ground Turkey
16 oz Organic Broccoli
1/4 Large Organic Yellow Onion
Salt and Black Pepper
Baked Organic Butternut Squash
350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on the squash prior to baking.
