i have the YST-RSW300 but when im pushing it, it has some port noise.
other models have that to?

The Yamaha YST-SW800 has a 800W amp and 10" driver - the YST-SW1500 has a 1000W (1KW) amp and 12" driver - I have both models. Link to the YST-SW1500 specs : www2.yamaha.co.jp/manual/pdf/a

sorry, but wondered if the old subYST-SW 300'S GOOD? $ 80 for second hand? worth it? good sound quality? or is it better to give some more money and buy another? I sub for all types of music, including class, trance, techno, chill out etcetc, movies and games etc.. thank you

Yamaha yst-sw 800 is much better than 515. Yst 1500 have 12 inch subwoofer and the same amp like yamaha yst800.

And i maked a research and the amplifier's power consumption of the yst 800 and 1500 it's 250w,so the amplifier wattage output must be around 250w rms,not bad at all :)

truebassB no no no. Power supply in 800/1500 series is convertor with 1KW HiSwithing transformer and 2x115V Uzas. Power amp is Yamaha patent. Class AB + Digital supply. See info -------->
