a brief talk on the concept of how hessian matrix can be used to enhance tube-like structures in 3D images. This method can be applied to the extraction of vessel centerlines in 3D contrast-enhanced computed tomography and magnetic resonance angiograms.

  • Is that a typo at the 2nd row, 1st column of the Hessian matrix at 2:20? I think it should be d^2I/dydx
