Organization XIII and the Homunculi are exactly alike. They're both incomplete beings that seek to be whole when you think about it. Except the Homunculi don't have weaker minions to do they're bidding.

the case is this hearts = souls what both strive for they want to be humans so they have incredible powers but they cant have feelings. Think of it as this , full metal alchemist is what organization 13 and nobodies came from in my theory.
